This course provides information and data on how a traumatic event(s) in a person’s life, even as a child, can have chronic lasting effects with development and functioning. The individual can have higher incidence to many behavioral health, negative lifestyle behaviors, and triggers that effect their health and welfare. This course provides 1.5 hrs CEs for Nursing (ANCC) & 1.0 hrs for Social Work (NASW). All of the following educational activities must be completed:

1.      View the e-Learning (10 min.)

2.      Watch Underserved Population Network webinar (1 hr)

3.      Complete Post-Test, Evaluation, and Reflective question (20 min.)

This course has 1.5 CEs for Nursing (ANCC) & 1.0 CEs for Social Work (NASW).  A certificate will be provided for all other disciplines that some states or national organizations will accept (please check with your state and associations).
